Business Development Specialist / Norwich / Permanent / Salary up to £27,800 per annum

Position 1 Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our client, a leading organisation within the test equipment industry based in Norwich.

This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and promoting a broad range of technical products and services. You will work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, receiving full training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

* Seek, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

* Make outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales activity

* Communicate confidently with decision-makers across various industries

* Support growth in key sectors such as facilities management and public sector clients

Requirements:

* Confident, tenacious, and comfortable with outbound calling

* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

* Motivated to meet targets and contribute to business growth

* Technical aptitude or previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
