Maintenance Electrician - Dundee & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £40,000 + Overtime + On-Call Allowance + Paid Travel Time
Base Location: Dundee
Full-Time | Permanent | Field-Based

We are working with a leading Facilities Management provider who is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in Dundee and the surrounding region. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive and planned electrical maintenance across multiple commercial sites.

*

Perform fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems and associated equipment.

*

Carry out emergency lighting, fire alarm, and distribution board testing.

*

Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards.

*

Complete relevant documentation and job sheets accurately via handheld device.

*

Participate in the on-call rota, with additional allowance paid.

Requirements:

*

City & Guilds 236 (part 1 and 2) / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) is essential.

*

2391 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification desirable.

*

Proven experience in a commercial maintenance environment.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
