• Lead and support contract negotiations and vendor onboarding.
• Maintain a centralised contract repository and track key milestones (renewals, expirations).
• Monitor vendor performance and contribute to audit and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure governance policies are current, compliant, and aligned with internal standards.
• Act as a trusted escalation point for vendor-related issues.
• Support risk assessments and help shape third-party risk frameworks.
• Stay ahead of developments in Technology and AI-related contracts, including SLAs and KPIs.

�? What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years’ experience in contract management, vendor oversight, or procurement.
• Strong grasp of vendor ecosystems across Technology, Services, and Operations.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and third-party risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with exposure to C-Level environments.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CTPE, or familiarity with SFIA are desirable.
• Experience with ITIL or COBIT is a plus.
