People Partner – Employee Relations will support managers across a diverse workforce while providing clear, dependable guidance throughout ER processes.

As a People Partner – Employee Relations, your responsibilities will include:- Managing a varied caseload of ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness absence cases
- Providing clear, pragmatic advice aligned with policy, best practice and UK employment legislation
- Preparing and reviewing documentation such as meeting notes, invitation letters and performance improvement plans
- Supporting managers during formal meetings with calm, structured and confident guidance
- Maintaining well-organised, accurate case records that track actions, progress and outcomes
As a People Partner – Employee Relations, your experience will include:- Strong, hands-on experience managing end-to-end ER casework
- Sound judgement with the ability to assess risk and influence balanced decisions
- Clear, confident communication, particularly when dealing with sensitive or complex issues
- High levels of organisation and accuracy when managing multiple cases
- The ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers at all levels
- Experience supporting neuro-divergent or ex-military individuals is advantageous
