Position: Workshop Manager (Motor Trade)

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Basic: £35,000

O.T.E: £38,000 - £40,000

WORKSHOP MANAGER (MOTOR TRADE) - THE ROLE:

A well-established company within the automotive industry are currently looking for a Workshop Manager to join their team.

WORKSHOP MANAGER (MOTOR TRADE) - KEY DUTIES:

* Supervising workshop staff to ensure timely completion of all tasks

* Stock control; ensuring availability of parts required for repairs

* Coaching and mentoring new and existing team members

* Managing Front of House, maintaining high levels of customer service

* Ensure high standards are being adhered to at all times

* Ensure adherence to all workshop health and safety regulations

* Overseeing the recruitment process for the branch, interviewing and training new members

WORKSHOP MANAGER (MOTOR TRADE) - REQUIRED SKILLS:

* NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in the relevant disciplines

* Experience supervising/managing staff within the motor trade

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience delivering high levels of customer service

* Full UK Driving License
