The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager on a permanent basis in Elland, HX5.

Salary: £25,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm

This exciting role is office based in Elland, West Yorkshire.
They have free onsite parking, are close to the M62 Motorway, and have great bus links or bike routes if you don't drive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working closely with reseller customers
Following up outstanding sales quotes
Passing development opportunities over to the correct person on the sales team if required
Contacting existing businesses to find out what other products and services they would like to purchase from the extensive range - this is not cold calling, it's a lot warmer because you would be chatting to companies who have already purchased products
Answering customer questions and developing the sales opportunity
Passing quotation requests over to the quote team to complete
Setting up tasks to follow up any potential sales opportunities
Keeping company database up to date with current notes, contacts, and any relevant informationSkills & Experience:

Must be reliable and hardworking
Must be able to use Microsoft Integrated Packages
Previous experience working within a sales environment would be advantageous
Must be open to learning
Used to working to targets or key performance indicators
Confident in building & maintaining relationships via email and telephoneThe work environment includes:
