TSR Legal is working with an established and award-winning law firm, currently seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while contributing to the firm's ongoing success and expansion.

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Sales, purchases, and remortgages

  • Leasehold transactions and lease extensions

  • SDLT matters and relevant exemptions

  • Unregistered property transactions

• Provide technical legal guidance and support to the team

• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and industry standards

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders

• Offer support and mentorship to junior colleagues

• Work efficiently to meet client needs while maintaining high standards of service

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)

• 2-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters

• Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills

• Organised with the ability to work independently and under pressure

• Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic

• Competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000 DOE)
