A respected construction consultancy based in the centre of Leeds is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join its growing project management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who is confident managing schemes from inception to completion and is looking for career progression within a supportive consultancy environment.
The successful Project Manager will be involved in delivering a wide variety of projects, including residential developments, office fit-outs, and public sector refurbishments. This position would suit a Project Manager with strong client-facing skills, looking to take ownership of multiple projects and join a consultancy that values professional development.
The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will manage projects across various stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. Key responsibilities include preparing tender documents, managing client relationships, reporting on project milestones, and leading meetings with consultants and contractors.
You'll be expected to manage risk, programme and cost effectively, and support junior team members as needed. The consultancy is looking for a Project Manager who is commercially aware and capable of maintaining high standards of service delivery on every project.
The Project Manager -
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field

3+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role

MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB (or working towards)

Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
