Base Salary: Up to £40,000 + Commission + Benefits

OTE: £70,000 Year 1 | Six-figure earnings achievable in Year 2

Hours: 37.5-hour working week

Location: Manchester City Centre Hybrid working available post-probation

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional, either from within insurance or another sector, who is looking to step into a lucrative, fast-paced industry with genuine long-term earning potential.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across your territory. You'll join a supportive, high-energy team where performance is rewarded and progression is encouraged.

You'll be engaging directly with business leaders, both face-to-face and over the phone, so confidence, credibility, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate and win new B2B business

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Engage confidently with senior decision-makers

Develop long-term client relationships

Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions

Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent client outcomes

About You

Proven B2B sales experience (sector-agnostic backgrounds welcome)

Not limited to product or service-based selling backgrounds

Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential

Confident communicating with business leaders in person and over the phone

High levels of emotional intelligence and commercial awareness

Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven

Ambitious with a strong desire to earn and progress quickly

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
