Our client requires a Building Services Estimator to join their London team:
Role: Building Services Estimator (Mechanical)
Contract: 6 months (extendable)
Location: London (Hybrid 4 days in office, 1 working from home)
Remuneration: Competative day rate
Client: M&E Design and Build
JD:
* Proven estimating experience on Rail / Commercial / Industrial projects
* Detailed understanding of RMM and NRM measurement methods
* Ability to technically review quotations in detail
* Strong experience dealing with and managing the supply chain
* Experience in preparing budget cost estimates'
* Experience with Amtech/Trimble software strongly desirable
