We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the SLT of a welcoming primary school based in the Breckland district. The school is currently recruiting for a new Assistant Head to join their vibrant team from September 2025. They are situated in a market town and have over 100 students enrolled, with the view to expand in the future to around 200+.

Their selected candidate must have prior experience in a Leadership position, but will have also preferably had experience with SEMH. This is a non teaching based position, but you will be required to cover PPA if and when required. With a team of fantastic and friendly peers, this school offers an inclusive and stimulating environment for both the children and staff alike. Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous senior leadership experience (i.e. SLT)
SEMH experience (preferred)
A dedicated commitment for inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing of all children and peers.
A strong understanding of the current curriculum and behavior management
Excellent communication, decision-making and organisational skills
