Overview
Compass Associates are exclusively working with an respected and growing mental health provider in search for a Business Development Manager due to on going Growth.
&
This fantastic opportunity will be working within the unique field of live in and visiting care for adults, adolescents and children with mental health needs. This will include those with mental health needs such as, mood disorders, addictions, bi-polar, PTSD, schizophrenia and more.
&
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who has experience within the field of mental health on behalf of a clinical focused mental health provider.
&
You will be reporting into the Business Development and Sales Director and will be 1 of 3 Business Development Manager's within the group, alongside their sales and marketing team.
&
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and broadening existing referral channels. You will look to secure contracted/framework business with CCGs through successful bid and tender writing as well as those who are self-pay and private medical insurance clients.
&
The role is home based but once a week will need to attend meetings at my client head office.
&

Criteria
You must have experience within as a Business Development Manager within the mental health field.
Have a proven track record of securing new business and developing relationships
Feel confidence in working on your own as well as being a team player
Managing PMI clients would be desirable but not essential, but must have experience with CCGs
You must have excellent communication skills
A clean DBS is required

Location
We are looking for someone to ideally be based in and around the London and/or the Home Counties (London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, etc).
&
Package
Salary is up to £50,000 p/a, potentially flexible for the right individual, plus mileage in line with HMRC, a bonus scheme, 10 days full sick pay, pension and more.
&
Interview Process
Interviews will be in two stages. 1st stage will be an informal and if successful after the 1st stage, you will be required to do an 2nd and final stage formal interview, which will include a 10 minute presentation.
