Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our client's successful dealership in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in automotive sales to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Overseeing the daily running of the sales department.

Supporting the team with closing deals and maximising sales opportunities.

Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve results.

*

Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the sales process.

Managing stock levels and vehicle display.

*

Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.

*

Maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade.

*

Strong leadership and team management skills.

*

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

*

Full UK driving licence.
