Transactional Finance Manager

We’re partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a hands-on Transactional Finance Manager to lead and improve a high-volume finance function.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and improve end-to-end AP processes
• Take ownership of AR and cashbook as the role evolves
• Manage and develop a transactional finance team
• Drive process improvements, controls, and efficiencies
• Work hands-on with the team, including processing invoices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in transactional finance leadership (AP/AR)
• Comfortable in a hands-on role, not just oversight
• Strong process improvement mindset
• Confident team leader with excellent communication skills
• Ideally studying towards AAT qualification
