We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of recruitment experience who is eager to develop their account management skills and make a real impact in our business.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your designated accounts.
Understanding client needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies.
Sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent to our clients.
Keeping up to date with industry trends to provide valuable insights.
Collaborating with our team to meet recruitment targets and deliver excellent service.

What we're looking for:

1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to account management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine passion for recruitment and a desire to develop your career.
