You will need

• Ideally be a Chef de partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef with at least 2 year's experience
• Have High working standards
• To be Reliable
• Proven knife skills
• Minium Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Certificate
• Able to be flexible
• Driving desired
