A well-regarded, three-form entry Primary School in Harrow is seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant to join them from September 2025. The school was rated Outstanding in its most recent Ofsted inspection and offers a creative and inclusive learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their best.

Key Details:

Role: Reception TA (EYFS)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, temp-to-perm
Trial Dates: Week beginning 1st September 2025
Location: Harrow - excellent transport links via the Metropolitan Line and local bus routes
Qualification: Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
Experience: Prior experience working in EYFS or Primary classroom settings is essentialReception TA:

Supporting the Reception class teacher with learning and classroom management
Working with individual pupils and small groups to boost progress
Assisting in delivering the EYFS curriculum in a creative, hands-on way
Using positive behaviour management strategies
Promoting children's social, emotional and academic development
