Service Delivery Manager (SC Required)

SR2 are supporting a consultancy partner in the search for a Service Delivery Manager to support the oversight of a live digital service within a public sector programme.

The role focuses on service performance, operational risk, and incident management, ensuring the service remains stable and delivery teams remain on track.

The Role

As Service Delivery Manager, you will:

• Oversee the operational performance of a live digital service
• Manage and track risks, incidents, and service issues
• Work closely with service and delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Provide clear governance reporting, including RAG status updates
• Challenge delivery where necessary to ensure standards are met
• Support service continuity during an upcoming supplier transition

You will be embedded within the programme team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the service runs effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working within live service environments
• Background in service delivery, operations, or technical delivery management
• Experience managing incidents, problems, and operational risks
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable challenging delivery and providing clear reporting
• Active SC Clearance is required
