About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. This role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the absence of teachers.
• Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
• Strong behavior management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
