My client, an SME based in Whiteley is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the HR Manager, Duties include:

  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Processing and maintaining employee records
  • Updating and tracking all types of employee absence (e.g. holiday, sickness, maternity)
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Assisting Managers with co-ordination of reviews, end of probation and appraisals
  • Sourcing and scheduling employee training
  • Supporting the HR Manager on all HR matters
  • Liaising with our external legal advisers as and when required
  • Assisting with payroll queries

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong HR Administration experience
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Be comfortable working full time in the office; hours are 8.30 - 5
