Remedy Recruitment is a specialist education recruitment agency supporting Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across London. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our in-office team due to continued growth.

The Role

You will support consultants by sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and long-term school roles. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position within a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates via CV Library and other job boards

*

Conducting telephone interviews and candidate screening

*

Formatting and sending CVs to clients

*

Booking interviews and trial days

*

Maintaining accurate CRM records

Requirements

*

Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (agency preferred)

*

Confident phone manner

*

Organised and able to work under pressure

*

Office-based and available full time
