Must Have's

* Strong communication skills - you're empathetic, confident, and know how to ask the right questions, you must enjoy speaking to people from all walks of life

* Ability to manage your own caseload, but know when to escalate complex issues

* Experience working with Microsoft packages, you'll be emailing and report writing daily

Nice to have's

* Background or qualification in healthcare, occupational health, HR, or exercise science

So, what will you be doing?

* Assessing medical conditions and identifying treatment options and potential risks

* Supporting members through their care journey and offering expert guidance

* Liaising with NHS and private providers to arrange referrals

* Ensuring all care aligns with healthcare policies and plan guidelines

* Working closely with the onsite Functional Health Team for a truly holistic approach
