The Role
As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you will:

Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for learners pursuing Health and Social Care qualifications.

Develop and update course materials to ensure they reflect the latest industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

*

Assess and support learners' progress, providing constructive feedback and fostering a supportive learning environment.

*

Provide one-on-one mentoring to help learners achieve their career goals and build a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with:

*

Substantial experience in health and social care, with hands-on knowledge from the care sector (care home experience is highly desirable).

*

A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

*

Teaching and assessing qualifications such as PTLLS, AET, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent.

*

Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to high standards of education.
