We're working in partnership with an AJ100-listed, award-winning architecture practice renowned for their beautifully designed, sustainable residential projects. With a strong reputation in the sector and a growing portfolio of high-end schemes, they are now seeking a talented Architect to join their Residential team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive practice that not only produces award-winning architecture but also places genuine emphasis on the mental wellbeing and growth of their team.

The Role:

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects, from design development through to site delivery. This position would suit an experienced architect with strong technical capabilities and excellent communication skills, who thrives in a collaborative, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Leading the technical delivery of residential projects

*

Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit

*

Acting as a point of contact for clients and consultants

*

Mentoring and guiding junior team members

*

Attending site meetings and contributing to project delivery on site

Key Requirements:

*

5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)

*

Strong background in residential and/or high-end interior architecture

*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*

Confident team leader and collaborator

*

Proficiency in Revit with a strong focus on technical detailing

*

Site experience is highly desirable
