Salary: £55,000 + Vehicle

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of modular and general construction projects. This includes high-profile sites such as the Macmillan Cancer Centre, Baby Unit, and DWP facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy environment, delivering multiple projects with real impact across healthcare and public sector infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee up to three concurrent projects
Project Delivery: Manage projects valued up to £1m each
Programme Management: Ensure delivery within tight timelines (3-9 months)
Subcontractor Coordination: Lead and manage subcontractors, with a strong focus on M&E within modular builds
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

Proven experience in modular construction (e.g. Portakabins) and general construction projects
Strong experience of delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience managing M&E subcontractors
Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
Willingness to travel as required
