Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Product Advisor & Trainer to join our dynamic team. This field-based role involves delivering expert clinical advice, product training, and support to care homes across the UK, focusing on care beds and pressure care mattress solutions. You will play a key role in improving patient outcomes, enhancing staff knowledge, and supporting safe and effective equipment usage in care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical guidance and product support on care beds and pressure care mattresses to care home staff, managers, and stakeholders.

* Deliver on-site product training for care teams, ensuring best practices in manual handling, pressure area care, and equipment usage.

* Conduct assessments and product demonstrations tailored to patient/resident needs.

* Support clinical evaluations and trials of equipment, gathering feedback for product development and improvement.

* Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support pre- and post-sales activities.

* Act as a clinical point of contact for troubleshooting, queries, and guidance in the field.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on clinical best practice, regulatory standards, and relevant NICE guidelines.

* Document training sessions, assessments, and clinical visits in line with company policies.

* Support internal staff training and contribute to content development (e.g., user guides, e-learning modules, clinical protocols).

* Attend conferences, exhibitions, and events representing the company.

Requirements:

Essential:

* Registered Nurse (NMC) or Allied Health Professional qualification (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist).

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on elderly care, pressure ulcer prevention, or rehabilitation.

* Strong presentation and communication skills; confident delivering training to varied audiences.

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

* Ability to work autonomously and manage a field-based diary effectively.

* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.

Desirable:

* Previous experience in a clinical advisory, training, or product support role within medical devices or healthcare.

* Knowledge of care home environments and challenges specific to elderly or palliative care.

* Familiarity with pressure mapping and other assessment tools.
