Senior Farm Worker - Fruit (Apples)

Are you an experienced farm worker with a strong background in fruit production - particularly apples? We are recruiting for a Senior Farm Worker to join a well-regarded fruit business in Kent, known for its quality orchards and supportive working environment.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations across the apple orchards, supporting the Farm Manager with seasonal tasks, supervising teams, and ensuring high standards of crop care and harvest quality.

What the role involves:

* Operating and maintaining orchard machinery, including tractors and sprayers

* Carrying out pruning, thinning, and general tree maintenance

* Assisting with irrigation, crop spraying (PA1/PA2 desirable), and pest control

* Supporting the harvest, grading, and packing process

* Supervising seasonal teams and ensuring safe, efficient practices

What we're looking for:

* Solid experience in commercial fruit farming - apples essential

* Relevant certificates (e.g., PA1/PA2, forklift, etc.) are highly desirable
