This is a key role involving end-to-end responsibility for project scope, methodology development, equipment coordination, and offshore execution support.You'll act as a technical and operational focal point-ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery in line with client and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities- Develop method statements and risk assessments for subsea cable installation.- Coordinate resources, equipment, and subcontractors for offshore scopes.- Support project execution offshore, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Lead internal reviews, interface with stakeholders, and support bid/tender preparation.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, or similar).- Experience in offshore cable lay, burial, or subsea construction projects.- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Comfortable supporting offshore operations and working in dynamic environments.- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ideally AutoCAD.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-thinking subsea team delivering innovative offshore infrastructure.
