One of our most favourite Private Equity firms is looking to hire an Office Assistant to join their team which is based Mayfair in a beautiful office space!
The role will be varied with duties including answers door to guests, reception duties including making refreshments, booking meeting rooms, arranging couriers, meeting and greeting all guests when they enter the office. As well as printing and binding, distributing post, office errands and other admin duties to assist the PA's.
the ideal candidate will be a motivated, helpful and friendly person who has some prior experience working in a corporate office and wants a career as an assistant within a busy and successful workplace. This is a corporate environment so you must want to be suited and booted every day and take pride in your appearance. You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
