Immediate start - This 6 month contract will be office based in Norwich. We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller/ FD to join our team during a critical period of business transition and growth. This hands-on role is key to ensuring financial stability and clarity across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Proactively manage cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting to ensure business continuity and financial health.
• Provide strategic support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) on financial matters, including evaluating contracts, business cases, and investment decisions.
• Act as a key financial partner across the business, offering insights and challenge to support sound commercial decision-making.
• Ensure robust financial controls and processes are maintained during the interim period.

About You:

• Qualified accountant with proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Strong track record of managing cash flow and producing timely, actionable financial reports.
• Commercially astute with the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Able to hit the ground running, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
