Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day financial operations, including management accounts, cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting

Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial partners

Support leadership with financial planning and performance reporting

About You:

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience/QBE

Previous experience in an SME growing the finance team
