Finance Business Partner - Operations | London | Hybrid | Day rate: £400-£500 (depending on experience) - Umbrella

We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner - Operations to support a fast-moving environment. This role works closely with operational leaders across the business.

What You'll Do:

• Support forecasting, budgeting and regular performance reviews
• Analyse operational performance, costs and KPIs
• Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior teams
• Partner with operational leaders to improve productivity and cost efficiency
• Support investment cases, modelling and scenario analysis
• Help streamline financial processes and reporting

What They're Looking For:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• Experience in operational finance, commercial finance or FP&A
• Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills
• Confident communicator able to work with non-financial stakeholders
• Comfortable providing challenge and influencing decisions
