We're recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Ware -ideal for those aspiring to become Youth Offending Officers, Pastoral Mentors, or Education and training Psychology Assistants.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Contributing to a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes growth and learning
- Learning how to manage risk, de-escalate crisis situations, and encourage positive change
What We're Looking For:
- A Psychology, Criminology, or Social Sciences graduate with a genuine interest in youth support and aspiring youth offending officer
- A compassionate, calm, and resilient mindset
- Any experience with young people is a bonus (youth work, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)
- A full-time, term-time commitment and ability to travel to Ware
