We're recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Ware -ideal for those aspiring to become Youth Offending Officers, Pastoral Mentors, or Education and training Psychology Assistants.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Psychology, Criminology, or Social Sciences graduate with a genuine interest in youth support and aspiring youth offending officer
  • A compassionate, calm, and resilient mindset
  • Any experience with young people is a bonus (youth work, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)
  • A full-time, term-time commitment and ability to travel to Ware
