The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is a full 360° recruitment role, with full training and mentoring provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

Learning the recruitment process and market from experienced consultants

Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates

*

Supporting the team with candidate sourcing and job placements

*

Working toward sales targets and delivering results

*

Developing your own desk over time
