Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a PRU in Tower Hamlets.

The Role:

Deliver pre-planned History lessons (6-7 per week).

Provide English cover on an ad hoc basis.

Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement.

Support students with SEMH and additional learning needs.

Assist in implementing exam access arrangements during assessments.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with young people in challenging or alternative settings.

Strong classroom management skills.

Ability to build positive, professional relationships.

Flexible, resilient and proactive approach.
