We are looking for an experienced Groundwork Supervisor to join our client's team in Scotland on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will involve supervising groundwork teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing day-to-day site operations efficiently and effectively.

The client is a leading Civils and Construction company based in Aberdeenshire with sites around the UK.

You must also be willing to travel between sites as required.

Key Duties:

* Supervising and coordinating groundwork teams to ensure efficient site operations.

* Managing all aspects of groundwork projects, including drainage, baes, foundations, and excavation.

* Organising plant, materials, and equipment for the work.

* Working to project programmes and deadlines.

* Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

* Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Personal Requirements:

* Extensive experience in groundwork operations.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods and health & safety regulations.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

* SSSTS/SMSTS required.

* CSCS required.

* CPCS/NPORS Excavator (above and below 10 tonnes) and Dumper/Roller ticket advantageous.

* First Aid at Work advantageous.
