We are partnering with a dynamic, independent medical communications agency to identify a Director of Scientific Services who can lead scientific excellence, oversee global projects, and support new business development.

The Role:

* Lead and mentor the scientific team, ensuring high-quality content and scientific rigor across all projects

* Oversee delivery of complex, multi-channel global projects for pharma and biotech clients

* Collaborate with client services to provide strategic scientific input and maintain client trust

* Support new business initiatives, contributing to proposals and pitch strategy for global clients

* Champion innovation, best practices, and scientific integrity across the agency

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds a science degree (PhD preferred but not essential)

* Significant experience in scientific services within medical communications

* Comfortable driving new business opportunities alongside client-facing work

* Strong leadership and team development skills

* Flexible and happy to work hybrid from the Home Counties
