Overview

Responsible for leading gas and electrical compliance across a residential portfolio, ensuring full statutory compliance, strong contractor performance, and resident safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver gas and electrical compliance programmes, ensuring all inspections, servicing, and remedial works meet statutory requirements.

* Manage contractor performance, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery.

* Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance records (e.g. gas safety certificates, EICRs).

* Act as technical lead, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.

* Drive access processes, including escalation where required, to achieve 100% compliance.

* Monitor performance, manage risks, and implement improvements.

* Work with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate programmes.

* Support procurement and manage contractor KPIs and SLAs.

* Report on compliance, risks, and performance to senior management.

* Ensure clear resident communication and a strong focus on safety and service
