Sacco Mann are delighted to be assisting a well-established firm in their search for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Nottingham.

This role will initially focus on residential conveyancing; however, alongside this, there is a significant opportunity to develop and expand the commercial property side of the practice. The successful candidate will therefore manage varied residential property matters, including sales, acquisitions, and remortgages, while actively supporting the firm’s strategic aim to strengthen its commercial property offering, particularly in high street matters such as shop leases and small business transactions.

Building strong relationships within the local community will be key to success, as the role involves maintaining solid client connections and contributing to the firm’s expanding reputation. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with proven residential conveyancing experience. Some exposure to commercial property matters would be ideal, with confidence handling these independently. A commercially minded approach with a keen interest in developing the firm’s commercial property services, with a proactive, client-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
