Your new role
As Assistant Manager - AI & Automation, you'll be part of a dynamic Tax Technology team leading the charge on innovation. You'll work on everything from ideation to implementation, with the opportunity to influence national and global operations. You Will:

Designing and implementing AI/automation solutions for complex business needs
Expanding capabilities in Agentic Process Automation and AI-driven systems
Collaborating across teams to integrate intelligent systems where they add real value
Deploying and maintaining secure, scalable AI applications
Supporting junior colleagues and promoting technical best practices
Monitoring solution performance and reliability, always looking for improvements
Keeping pace with AI trends and identifying new tools to adopt
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in AI architecture, automation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Strong coding skills in Python, Java or R
Knowledge of platforms like Automation Anywhere, Azure AI services, and AI agents
Clear communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
Detail-oriented, dependable, and naturally collaborativeNot essential but helpful if you bring:

A background in professional services or tax processes
