Your new role - Fabric Engineer

* General Fabric duties, Painting, Decorating, fire door maintenance, carpentry, building services across minor mechanical, minor electrical and fabric duties

* Assisting site with day to day Planned / Reactive Maintenance requirements.

* Static site

* There are times where you will work unsupervised and therefore must be able to prioritise work tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

* Building fabric competence with NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications

* Appropriate experience approx. 2 years
