Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Business Partner/HR Consultant to join Bradford Council's HR Restructure Project on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Consulting Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver workforce strategies that enable effective organisational change. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic HR and organisational development support to help departments meet their goals and priorities.

What You'll Do

Partner with senior leaders to deliver the Council's HR and organisational agenda, driving transformational change and improvement.

Provide proactive, strategic advice on workforce planning, service redesign, and change management.

Lead on the development of strategic workforce plans and ensure alignment with Council-wide initiatives.

*

Promote our HR “Front Door” and Employee Experience models to build capability across departments.

*

Use workforce data and analytics to inform decision-making and deliver insight-led recommendations.

*

Work collaboratively across HR teams and system partners to design and implement effective workforce interventions.

*

Lead service improvement reviews within the HR function, ensuring continuous enhancement of service delivery.

Act as a role model for the Council's values, fostering a supportive and inclusive working culture.

You'll be a highly skilled and forward-thinking HR professional with a proven track record of consulting and partnering at a senior level. You'll bring strategic insight, strong leadership, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across complex organisations.
