About the Role As our Registered Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to older adults. You'll be a confident leader, excellent communicator, and experienced professional capable of managing a dynamic team in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 15+ care and support staff, providing strong leadership and day-to-day operational oversight.
Ensure high standards of person-centred care across our 25 + bed domiciliary service.
Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
Conduct assessments, develop individual care plans, and regularly review support needs with residents and their families.
Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
Oversee risk assessments and ensure up-to-date, secure documentation.
Support staff development through ongoing training and mentoring.
Act as the main point of contact for residents, families, and professionals.What We Offer

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home or domiciliary care setting.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Strong background in elderly care (either in the community or residential settings).
Current or pending CQC registration.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Full, clean UK driving licence (company car available if needed).
Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service.
