We are working with a reputable, successful company based in Tyldesley who are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a medium sized company and work in a supportive team. You will report to the finance manager and have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of duties across accounts.
Duties include:
- Bank, accounts and credit reconciliations
- Matching and coding invoices
- BACs payments
- Uploading high volume invoices onto system
- Supplier statements and reconciliation
- Processing purchase orders
- Other ad-hoc duties
