The Company:

An exciting opportunity for an Experienced Wholesale Merchandiser, working across the USA market for a fast fashion brand.

The Role:

Working in a team of 3 other merchandisers and the merchandising manager.

Focusing on merchandising our USA export business to major customers.

Helping to manage the critical path to ensure key deadlines are met from order to delivery.

Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for retail accounts after orders are confirmed.

Communicate daily with factories to track orders and gather updates.

Partner with the technical team to meet sealing and delivery deadlines, ensuring testing procedures and compliance meet each customer standard.

Communicate with internal and customer logistics teams to ensure freight is booked.

Maintain accurate records using internal systems and critical path software.

Liaise with sales agents to ensure customer requirements are met and timelines are realistic.

Input and update data related to orders, delivery timelines, and production statuses.

Produce weekly status and KPI reports and liaise with internal departments to support smooth workflow.

Attend internal and customer meetings as required, providing updates and taking action.

Skills Required:

Have experience with USA markets

Must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Keen interest in fashion.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Fully computer literate including Excel and Outlook.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and organisation skills.
