We have a great opportunity to join a Multi disciplined Fire & Security client as Field Line Manager. Our client are open to either bias - Fire , Access Control, CCTV

We can consider Supervisors/Senior engineers looking to take that step up but you need to be driven & keen to learn and grow your career. Or if you are already working within management overseeing a team of engineers then we would like to speak with you.

You will be expected to oversee a team of 18 service engineers

Provide support and training to all members of your team

Ensure your team are working to the correct standards and quality

You will be responsible for RAMS, Tool box talks, van audits, PPE

Oversee the day to day running of your service area

Arrange and lead team meetings

Complete the on call rota for the team

To be considered for the role;

You MUST be working within the Fire & Security industry

Technical knowledge of the most recent and relevant legislation

Able to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment

Ideally management experience but not essential

Full UK Driving Licence
