Internal Sales - Aylesbury - Manufacturing/Engineering

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Internal Salesperson for our client within the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + commission 

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm

Duties:

- Support in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential new clients, presenting our products and services to grow our customer base.
- Participate in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Process orders, prepare quotes, and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience
- Confident in lead generation, and generating new business
- Great communication skills
- A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
