Required Skills: strong> p>
+ Knowledge of relational databases and strong SQL skills.
+ Proven work experience as a team leader, supervisor or senior team member
+ Previous experience in application support
+ Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
+ Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
+ Background in IT from Industry or Education.
+ Excellent communication, problem solving, prioritising, multi-tasking, adapt to changing priorities p>
