Job Title: Appeals Handler
Location: Denton
Salary: £24,784 per year
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 (shift pattern within these hours)

Overview
You will manage a caseload of customer appeals, reviewing each case in detail and making fair, informed decisions. This role suits someone who can assess information objectively and communicate outcomes clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of customer appeals from start to finish
- Review evidence, documentation, and case history
- Assess each appeal against company policy and guidelines
- Make clear, reasoned decisions on outcomes
- Communicate decisions to customers in a professional and clear way
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Work with internal teams where needed to gather further information
Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions based on evidence
- Comfortable working with processes and guidelines
- Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks
- Experience in customer service, complaints, or case handling is useful but not required
