If you have been searching for a career with a fulfilling purpose and opportunities for advancement, apply today Job Summary: Achieve and exceed company sales goals and objectives through developing and growing business relationships with key education specialists, lab managers, physicians, and researchers at medical device companies, universities and Bioskills laboratories. Work with customers to ensure Surgical Training Courses are managed within the appropriate criteria and timeframe. Facilitate the ordering process and ensure courses are set up, coordinated and supervised within the customer's guidelines. Accurate quoting is essential to the success of the company. Developing a customer from a prospect or customer to an advocate either by phone or face to face meeting is also key. Essential Tasks: Manage business relationships and resolve conflicts in creative, mutually beneficial ways. Network with key decision makers. Prospect, qualify and develop new accounts. Effectively promote the company's services by telephone, electronically and in person. Respond to requests from customers for information and provide facility tours if required. Facilitate order process and accurately enter information into database. Collaborate with lab managers to provide specimens for research and education within requested surgical training course criteria and timeframe. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries. Comply with management's reporting requirements on sales forecasts and account activity where applicable. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline Must have 3-5 years of sales/business development experience Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and aptitude for developing new business prospects Strong customer service capabilities via all instruments of communication Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time Clinical background and medical experience preferred Experience in and understanding of medical sales preferred Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Fast paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and rapidly changing priorities.
